Refund Policy

Commissions
• Before I start sketching: full refund minus payment-processor fees.
• After sketch is sent: deposit (50%) is non-refundable; remaining balance is only billed once you approve.
• After final art is delivered: no refunds.
Digital products
Because digital downloads can't be "returned," they are non-refundable once the download link has been used. If a file is broken or unusable, email me and I'll fix it.
