Welcome — these terms cover your use of this site and any commissions or digital products you order through it.

1. The basics
By placing an order or downloading a product you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right, don't go ahead with the order.

2. Commissions
• I take a deposit (50% by default) before sketching, with the balance billed before final delivery.
• Up to two rounds of revisions are included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Wait times depend on my queue at the time of booking — I'll communicate any delay by email.
• I keep the right to refuse work that goes against my values or safety guidelines.

3. Digital products
Digital downloads are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any of my files. See the Copyright page for what is and isn't allowed.

4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: deposits are non-refundable once I've started sketching, and digital downloads are non-refundable after delivery.

5. Communication
The email you provide at checkout is how I'll reach you. Please keep it accessible — missed updates are a leading cause of delay.

6. Updates
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to you.
